Disproportionate burden
The application is based on a virtual reality film, which would generate disproportionate costs. The videos do not have audio description. The app is an interactive film where motor skills are required.
The virtual visit of the Luxembourg Pavilion in Dubai can be made in various regions of the country where hostesses can accompany the interested visitor
